EZEmploy was founded out of necessity—and with a purpose. Our journey began inside a Colorado produce packhouse, where our founder was working in HR and frequently fielding questions from other local producers and packhouses for guidance on compliance, payroll, and workforce management. Time and again, traditional PEOs either turned away farm-based businesses or offered services that were far too expensive and disconnected from the realities of seasonal labor, food safety compliance, and rural operations. It became clear that small businesses—especially in agriculture—were being left behind in a regulatory environment that only grows more complex.
From that realization, EZEmploy was born. Our mission is simple: to bring the advantages of a full-service PEO to small businesses and agricultural employers at a price they can afford. We believe that compliance, safety, and employee support shouldn’t be exclusive to large corporations.
